Ever since we placed the castle we seem to have attracted unwanted attention. People are boldly going into our homes, stealing anything that isn't secured, and leaving us explosive trinkets (a la chumbucket). Its time for us to be on the offensive instead of being victims.

I have already joined the new stone with Autumn Mist, and encourage all members to put their pvp characters here.

I am not sure what the guild name will become. I recommend Defenders of GoD, or DoG. This will be our main protective force, and as they are an ORDER guild will have plenty of enemies, including the URKs. I encourage everyone who is interested iin pvp (and I am assuming everyone is to some extent or they wouldn't be playing this era) to talk to Sir Dan and get joined up as soon as you feel ready.

I think rather then Defenders of Guardians of Destiny, it would seem better to have Warriors of GoD or something like that, maybe FFG, Fighting Force of GoD. Defenders of Guardians just sounds weird to me.

I have to agree with Drakus on the name. Warriors of GoD is cool. But WoG??

DoGz is the coolest acronym.

Actually, if we think of it as the Defending Force of GoD, it seems to work better, and rather then having DFG, we can have it as DoG with it still making sense, really, the acronym seems to be the important part, so I suppose if we think of their role, rather then the exact meaning of DoG, it works out rather well.

You know, 'Warriors of Destiny' was the secondary title for Ultima V. The Warriors of Destiny consisted of the Avatar's group including Iolo, Dupre and Shamino on their quest to free Lord British from imprisonment, while the deranged tyrant Lord Blackthorn under the influence of the ShadowLords was basically corrupting the concepts of virtue throughout britannia.

What better description could there be to describe us especially as an order guild <for lord british> vs chaos <followers of Lord Blackthorn>.

Of course, WoD is not a cool acronym but it is worth considering for our towns defenders.

We could always be Warriors of Destiny and use U-5 or something for the abbreviation. I bet there would be at least a few people who might catch the reference

I vote Warriors of Destiny!

And U-5 sounds great, too. Would U-V work? Nah... U-5 works, a nice little easter egg.

I went ahead and changed the pvp guildstone to 'U-5 Warriors of Destiny'
I didn't want to take a chance of not getting the name
